Return and Refund Policy

1. Overview
At Local Pastures, we stand behind the quality of every product we deliver from our partner farms. We want every order to arrive in perfect condition, but if something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right quickly.
2. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds
Because our products are perishable, we do not accept traditional returns once items have been shipped. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or otherwise unsatisfactory, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue.
If you’re ever unsatisfied with a specific product, please reach out to our team. We want you to love what you receive and will do our best to make it right.
To start a claim, email support@localpastures.com and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the shipping label, packaging, and affected items
- A brief description of the issue
Our team will review the details and may issue a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation. Items are not to be returned unless authorized.

3. Order Changes or Cancellations
We begin preparing orders soon after they are placed. To request a change or cancellation, email support@localpastures.com within 2 hours of placing your order. Once an order is packed or shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
4. Incorrect Address or Missed Delivery
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We are unable to refund orders that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address or missed delivery.
5. Refunds
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit-card provider may take additional time to post the refund. If 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you have not received it, please contact us at support@localpastures.com.
