Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: August 28, 2025
1. Overview
At Local Pastures, there’s no long-term commitment because we want you to feel good about every order. If you need to cancel, pause, or adjust your subscription, it’s quick and simple.
2. How to Cancel
- Log into your Local Pastures account.
- Go to Manage Subscription.
- Click Edit on the subscription you want to cancel.
- Select Cancel Subscription
Please note: Removing items from a single upcoming delivery does not cancel your subscription. To stop all future deliveries, you must select “All Future Deliveries.” Always double-check your upcoming deliveries to be sure they’ve been canceled.
3. Cut-Off & Last-Minute Cancellations
- 3+ days before delivery: Free cancellation.
- Within 3 days of delivery: A $15 last-minute cancellation fee applies. This helps cover the costs we’ve already committed, including packaging, labor, and driver scheduling.
- Orders that have already been packed or are out for delivery cannot be canceled or refunded.
4. Membership Cancellation
If you’d like to fully remove your account and information from our system, email us at support@localpastures.com and we’ll take care of it. Plain and simple.
