Average Size: ~2 lbs per package (2 bones)

Our pasture-raised beef neck bones are perfect for making rich, flavorful homemade stock or bone broth. With a combination of bone, connective tissue, and small amounts of meat, neck bones add deep beefy flavor, collagen, and body to slow-simmered broths, soups, and stews.

  • Simmer for Broth: Cook low and slow for 12–24 hours with herbs and vegetables to create a rich, flavorful stock.
  • Roast First: Brown the neck bones in the oven before simmering to develop deeper flavor and color.
  • Pressure Cook: Create a hearty, flavorful broth in just a few hours.

Please Note: All cuts are delivered frozen to preserve peak freshness and quality. The final price will be adjusted based on the actual weight of the product.
