Our pasture-raised flank steak is lean, tender, and full of rich beef flavor. It’s perfect for marinating and grilling, with a long grain that makes it ideal for slicing thin against the grain.

This item is part of our limited Butcher Paper Stock-Up Sale. Some of our earliest inventory was wrapped in traditional butcher paper rather than our newer vacuum-sealed packaging. The meat has been kept frozen and is still the same high-quality, locally raised meat from our farm partners, but we’re offering it at special pricing as we transition everything to our updated packaging.
