Our pasture-raised short ribs are rich, meaty, and full of flavor. Cut English style in 3–4 inch sections, they’re perfect for braising or slow cooking until the meat falls off the bone.

This item is part of our limited Butcher Paper Stock-Up Sale. Some of our earliest inventory was wrapped in traditional butcher paper rather than our newer vacuum-sealed packaging. The meat has been kept frozen and is still the same high-quality, locally raised meat from our farm partners, but we’re offering it at special pricing as we transition everything to our updated packaging.
